Oxford Advisory Group

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with offices also serving Sarasota, Jacksonville, Tampa, Mount Dora, and South Carolina, Oxford Advisory Group is a private, family-owned firm that focuses on retirement planning and wealth management.

Operating as an independent Registered Investment Advisor, the organization works primarily with high-net-worth pre-retirees and retirees seeking structured financial guidance. Its services include retirement income planning, estate planning, Social Security strategies, required minimum distribution planning, and tax-aware financial planning designed to help individuals manage their wealth while reducing avoidable tax burdens during retirement.

Established in 2019, Oxford Advisory Group was founded by two brothers whose personal experiences shaped the firm's direction. After witnessing how poor financial and tax advice could negatively affect retirement outcomes, they were motivated to build a firm centered on education and tax-conscious financial strategies. Their goal was to help individuals better understand the decisions involved in retirement planning so families could prepare more effectively and avoid mistakes that sometimes occur without clear guidance.

Within only a few years, Oxford Advisory Group Florida gained recognition for its growth and commitment to its clients. In 2024, the firm was included on a nationally recognized list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, reflecting revenue growth from 2021 to 2023. In 2025, it also received recognition as one of Orlando’s Best Places to Work and earned community awards in Central Florida for financial advisory and wealth management services.

Earlier in 2026, Oxford Advisory Group celebrated the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of its newly expanded office in Mount Dora, Florida. The opening represented an important milestone in the firm’s development and reflected its efforts to strengthen its service to individuals and families across the region. By expanding its office presence, the organization aimed to continue providing retirement planning and financial guidance to a growing number of clients seeking long-term financial direction.
